Who we are
GV Digital is a software studio based in Belgium, building applications, games, and providing SaaS support. This policy covers the website gvdigital.be and general business operations. Our individual products (such as QR Stash) have their own privacy policies.
What data we collect
When you use our contact form, we collect:
- Name — so we know who we're talking to
- Email address — so we can reply
- Message — the content of your inquiry
This data is sent to us via Web3Forms and delivered to our inbox. We do not store form submissions on our own servers.
What we don't collect
- We don't use cookies (no analytics, no tracking, no cookie banners)
- We don't use any analytics tools (no Google Analytics, no Plausible, nothing)
- We don't collect IP addresses or device information beyond what Cloudflare provides as our hosting provider
- We don't run any advertising on this website
Hosting
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) as part of their infrastructure. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy for details.
Third-party services
- Google Fonts — fonts are loaded from Google's servers. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- Web3Forms — processes contact form submissions. See Web3Forms Privacy Policy.
Data retention
Contact form messages are retained in our email inbox for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry. We don't maintain a separate database of form submissions.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you. Since we only have what you've sent us via the contact form, you can simply ask us to delete your correspondence.
